My client got in touch after she came across a previous drinks cabinet I completed. She was drawn to its colour and style, but needed it to be bigger.
After learning about the space she had to work with and the shape and functionality of the cabinet she was after, I got to work to source the perfect piece for her.
- Painted in Annie Sloan's Aubusson Blue
- Top carefully restained and protected using Polyvine Heavy Duty Wood Varnish, especially to keep the heart-shaped wood grain
- Annie Sloan clear and dark waxes used to add shading, depth, aging and water-resistant protection
- Redesign With Prima's Gold Decor Wax used for highlights around the doors, hardware and the gorgeous ball-and-claw feet.
- Emma Shipley 'Lost World' luxury wallpaper used to line the cabinet interior
- Three battery-operated LED soft white lights used for interior lighting
